Groups run biweekly for 4 weeks on Thursday's from 4:30-6:00pm - Start date is TBD. Participants are expected to adhere to the group rules and the confidentiality policy outlined in the registration package. There is no cost to attend this group, but registration is limited to 8 participants.
Donations towards the RVH COVID Response Fund are appreciated.

Adults living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) often suffer for 17 years before seeking help. Based on Exposure and Response Prevention principles, this group aims to help those living with OCD connect with others while addressing OCD symptoms. This group will:1) Provide a place to discuss issues related to OCD;
2) Foster and support individuals taking control over their symptoms;
3) Allow question and answer period & informal socializing.
