The Mindfulness-Based Resilience Program is offered to adults who are either currently experiencing stress or would like to prevent burnout. The workshop consists of guided meditations, experiential learning, and group discussions. Participants will learn a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices to help focus their attention, reduce mind wandering and stress, and better connect with the present moment. The program aims to allow participants to become more flexible in the way they relate to daily stressors, increase self-acceptance, and approach difficult situations with more compassion and resilience.
