We are registered psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists, pastoral counsellors, and occupational therapists, all of whom have advanced graduate training. We average 12 years of counselling work, including individual, couple and family therapy. We utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients arrive at solutions for personal, couple, family and workplace issues within a brief therapy framework. We can also do workplace workshops and interventions.
Our practices are client-centered and sensitive to the cultural needs of the client. All our certified therapists are supervised by psychologists and therefore are able to give receipts appropriate for workplace insurance and insurance company.
