Information, Education, and Support Group for mothers experiencing mental health issues who parent children under the age of 6 years of age. Topics include myth and realities of motherhood, making connections between thoughts and emotions and our bodies and behavior, building nests - nutrition, exercise, sleep, and time for yourself and support, talking to your children about mental health issues, making a care plan for yourself and your children, managing emotions.
