In this training participants will learn how to implement simple, straightforward and practical techniques that will help build a culturally safe practice and resiliency skills for those who working with First Nation individuals and children in a variety of service settings.

Participants will be able to:
-Learn how to identify Intergenerational Trauma
-Develop an understanding of the need to bring about change for future generations
-Learn strategies to build resiliency in children, youth/teens and adults
-Reduce potential and actual injury to children and staff
-Learn constructive ways to handle stressful situations
-Develop a learning circle within the organization
