An introduction to the mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) program model, its background, theory and structure.
To be introduced and led through key practices within the model.
Opportunities for dyad teaching practice.
To discuss the application in different work settings.
A review of next steps: options for certified training.
Focus will be given to the required building blocks of a personal mindfulness meditation practice. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and meditation cushion if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing.
