The staff at the Cleghorn Program work with people who are experiencing symptoms of early psychosis. The program provides rapid and specialized assessment, consultation, treatment and rehabilitation for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, based on the principles of recovery. The goal is to reduce the possibility of permanent disability and enhance the quality of life for patients. The program develops a specialized treatment plan based on each patient's individual needs.

The Cleghorn Program is a joint program of St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and the Department of Psychiatry and Neuroscience at McMaster University.

Le programme COAST offre des services aux résidents de Hamilton-Wentworth qui éprouvent de graves problèmes de santé mentale et qui vivent une situation de crise. COAST est une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de travailleurs en intervention d'urgence auprès des enfants et des adolescents, de travailleurs en santé mentale, d'infirmières, de travailleurs sociaux et d'agents de police en tenue civile. 

The Mental Health and Addictions Program is a comprehensive, specialized program with a continuuum of services from primary care, crisis and acute services, to highly specialized tertiary programs. Services include both outpatient and inpatient programs.
