R.E.A.C.H. (Real Employment To Achieve Community Health), Goodwill's transitional employment program, provides hard-to-employ individuals with paid, on-the-job work experience and transferable skills. R.E.A.C.H. is designed to be a bridge to competitive employment and targets individuals working to overcome significant barriers to employment including poor work history, limited education or job skills, substance abuse, mental health issues, learning difficulties, and other obstacles to long-term employment. R.E.A.C.H. provides a paycheck and an environment that supports the transition to work.
