Merrickville District Community Health Centre offers a variety of primary health care and health promotion services using a team approach. Our team includes family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a physiotherapist, social worker, dietitian and health promoter. The team works with individuals, families and the community to promote health and prevent illness and injury.
