We offer various psychological assessments customized to your needs. You can explore the various assessments that we offer below and can contact us using the ‘get more information’ buttons.
We also offer the following group therapy programs:
1) Empowering ADHD Skills
Learn strategies, tips, and skills to tackle your problems with attention (ADHD, ADD). In each one-hour virtual session, we cover topics ranging from organization, time management, focus, procrastination, impulsivity, forgetfulness, interpersonal and social skills, and more. Sessions are one-hour weekly for four weeks and our first group begins on March 5th, 2025 at 8pm EST.
2) Sleep Better: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia
This 8-week CBT-i virtual program consists of weekly online sessions where you'll learn about the causes of insomnia and how to improve your sleep habits and hygiene.
3) CBT-i for Insomnia (Individual)
Offered on an individual basis with 4-6 bi-weekly sessions.
All group therapy programs are NOT covered under OHIP and maybe billed as a psychological service under your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance provider.
