Conseillers à l’enfance et à la jeunesse
Les conseillers à l'enfance et à la jeunesse (CEJ) fournissent divers services pour aider les enfants, les adolescents et les jeunes adultes, ce qui comprend : l'évaluation des comportements inadaptés et le fonctionnement social/affectif des enfants, des adolescents et des jeunes adultes; l'aide à la prévention et au traitement de problèmes chez l'individu, la famille et la communauté, afin de développer, maintenir et promouvoir un bon fonctionnement affectif, social, comportemental et le bien-être dans les relations interpersonnelles, dans le contexte de la vie quotidienne. Ils travaillent généralement dans des organisations telles que les écoles, les organismes de santé mentale pour enfants et d'autres organismes communautaires.
