Garde répit et services de garde d’enfants
Le répit veut dire des services de relève à court terme et temporaires offerts aux parents (ou tuteurs) afin qu'ils (et leur famille) puissent se reposer de la routine de garde et peut varier de quelques heures à suffisamment de temps pour prendre des vacances. Même si les parents ou les tuteurs se sentent coupables, un temps de répit peut les aider énormément à enrayer le stress et leur donner un regain de vie. Les services de répit peuvent inclure les services de garde pour enfants, adultes et même parents.
